Dr. Richard Leggett comes from a long line of doctors. His grandfather and his great-grandfather also practiced medicine.
Kathleen Parma, PA-C
Family Physician
Kathleen Parma is a physician assistant and has been practicing with Dr. Leggett for 10 years. Kathleen grew up in the area in Cuero, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin where she obtained a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in psychology. She completed her physician assistant education with Texas Tech Health Science Center. Kathleen has worked as a hospitalist and in multiple emergency rooms prior to working in Dr. Leggett’s office.
Melinda Osburn, FNP
Family Physician
Melinda Osburn is a nurse practitioner and has been with the clinic for 6 years. Melinda grew up in the area in Louise, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, Texas and obtained her nursing degree, and subsequently obtained her nurse practitioner degree from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christy, Texas. She worked as a nurse in the intensive care unit prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. Melinda brings a wide variety of experience to the clinic.
